Terms & Conditions
Enrolment in any course administered by TEFL Globe creates a legally binding agreement to adhere to these Terms and Conditions. These provisions dictate access, rights, and obligations concerning our online training services.
Subscription Duration & Access Constraints
- Access Period: Students receive standard platform access for up to 120 consecutive calendar days starting from the official date of enrolment. Course completion must occur within this window.
- Non-Completion & Refunds: Expiration of the 120-day allocation without course completion does not qualify the student for full or partial financial reimbursement.
- Access Extensions: Students requiring additional study time must purchase a course extension prior to their original expiration date via teflglobe.com/extensions.
- Data Continuity Notice: Reinstatement of learning progress for expired accounts cannot be guaranteed unless an extension is secured continuously before account access lapses.
Financial Terms & Payment Policies
- Final Settlement: All tuition payments are final and strictly non-refundable once transaction processing is complete.
- Payment Architecture: Full remittance is mandatory at the point of enrolment. TEFL Globe does not offer deferred billing, split financing, or installment arrangements.
Academic Integrity & Account Revocation
- Standards of Conduct: TEFL Globe enforces strict standards of academic honesty. Cheating, unauthorized duplication, plagiarism, or actions causing reputational damage will prompt immediate enrolment cancellation without financial recovery.
- Retroactive Enforcement: TEFL Globe reserves the right to void issued credentials or terminate access retroactively if substantiated evidence of misconduct surfaces after course completion.
Intellectual Property & Authorised Use
- Ownership of Materials: TEFL Globe retains sole proprietary rights and copyright ownership over all curriculum materials, software assets, assessment instruments, and media resources.
- Usage Restrictions: Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, public display, or modification of proprietary assets without express written consent is prohibited. Infringements trigger immediate account suspension, access revocation, and legal recourse.
Credential Issuance & Delivery
- Digital Documentation: Electronic certificates are issued via email within one business day following verified assessment completion.
- Physical Documentation: Hard-copy certificates may be requested separately for an additional fee and will be dispatched to the delivery address specified during checkout.
Platform Availability & Technical Obligations
- System Maintenance: System updates are conducted regularly. Advance notification of planned downtime will be provided when practical; however, temporary service interruptions do not entitle students to compensation or refunds.
- Hardware & Connectivity Requirements: Students bear sole responsibility for maintaining operational hardware, compatible software, and stable internet connectivity necessary to complete their coursework.
Dispute Resolution & Customer Care
- Inquiry Submission: Operational or academic concerns must be submitted in writing to info@teflglobe.com.
- Response Framework: Designated instructors review submissions and provide a formal response within five business days.
Liability Limitations & External Factors
- Exclusion of Control: TEFL Globe assumes no liability for service delays, interruptions, or performance failures arising from third-party Internet service providers, hardware failures, or user-end technical errors.
- Cap on Liability: Maximum cumulative liability for any claim arising from or related to these terms is strictly limited to the initial tuition fee paid by the student.
Policy Revisions & Binding Consent
Amendments: TEFL Globe reserves the right to modify these provisions at any time. Continued platform interaction constitutes binding acceptance of the updated terms.
